Currently we are seeking to onboard someone to join our dynamic IT Support Team If you think you have what it takes, we invite you to apply. This is an in-person opportunity based out of Woodstock, Ontario.

Who we are looking for:

- Somebody who can process user procurement request through our dedicated fulfilment channel
- You will champion the onboarding of our clients with their software, hardware and OS installation, configurations, and upgrades
- Somebody to follow-up with clients and provide feedback, assigning issues through to resolution
- Maintaining client IT documentation and enter daily time records; update/close tickets as required
- Somebody eager to jump in and help on a project if they’re asked

What is required:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time well and organize themselves for success
- Excellent troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities
- Able to work in a fast-past environment
- Working knowledge of Windows 10, Apple iOS and Android
- Knowledge of Office 365, O365 Administration and Teams administration
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and Directory Services/LDAP

BONUS:

- Knowledge of security technologies (Anti-Virus, Endpoint Security Software or MDM)
- Knowledge of help desk/ticketing systems
