**CHEF D’ÉQUIPE - DESCRIPTION DE POSTE**
- RÉSUMÉ
- Apporter son soutien à l’équipe de gestion du magasin pour les opérations de base du magasin, le perfectionnement des associés et l’atteinte des objectifs de vente et des normes de rendement (du magasin et personnels).
- PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente et les normes de rendement personnels et du magasin.
- Offrir un service complet et amusant à tous les clients.
- Participer à la formation et au perfectionnement d’une équipe de vente couronnée de succès.
- Effectuer toutes les tâches d’ouverture et de fermeture du magasin conformément à la politique de l’entreprise.
- Superviser et gérer tous les aspects des opérations magasin quotidiennes lorsque l’équipe de gestion du magasin est absente.
- Communiquer de manière efficace tous les besoins du magasin à l’équipe de gestion du magasin.
- Effectuer les dépôts bancaires de fin de journée.
- Effectuer toutes les tâches et responsabilités assignées promptement.
- Effectuer toute la formation requise.
- Résoudre les problèmes des clients de manière efficace.
**EXIGENCES**
- Expérience en vente au détail, un atout
- Habileté à effectuer plusieurs tâches en même temps dans un environnement de travail exigeant
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et au service à la clientèle
- Volonté de connaître du succès dans un environnement de commerce au détail exigeant
- Soif d’apprendre
- Capacité de grimper, de s’étendre, de se plier et de soulever jusqu’à 50 livres
- Capacité à effectuer des quarts de travail de soir et de fin de semaine
- Pouvoir se tenir debout durant de longues périodes
- Avoir effectué tous les programmes de formation qui mènent au poste de chef d’équipe
- Être âgé de 18 ans ou plus

**JOB SUMMARY**
- To assist store management with basic store operations, developing of associates, and achieving sales goals and standards of performance (store and personal).
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goal and standards of performance.
- Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
- Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
- Perform all opening and closing duties according to company policy
- Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in Store Management’s absence.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention practices in Store Management’s absence.
- Effectively communicate all store needs to Store Management.
- Make nightly bank deposits.
- Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly.
- Complete all required training.
- Resolve customer issues effectively
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Prior retail sales experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Desire to succeed in fast paced retail environment.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to climb, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work night and weekend shifts.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- Completed all training programs leading up to Sales Lead position.
