**How You Will Make an Impact**
Loyalty Program Assistance:
- Manage the day-to-day management of the loyalty program, including enrollment, tracking, and customer communications (Cheetah and Salesforce).
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth execution of loyalty initiatives. Conduct meetings to share communication.
- Plan initiatives calendar, requirements, projections and report on initiatives success.
- Assist in creating campaign content, coordinating distribution, and monitoring results.
Data Management:
- Help maintain accurate customer data within the loyalty program database.
- Assist in data analysis to generate insights and identify opportunities for program improvement.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Assist in preparing regular reports on program performance, campaign results, and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to data-driven discussions on program enhancements and adjustments.
- Support E-comm team with data analysis
- Collaborate with external parties for coupon management for loyalty and other initiatives
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaign materials are on-brand and effectively communicate program benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate program-related activities.
**Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong passion for customer engagement, loyalty programs, and marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Experience with Salesforce and Cheetah would be a great asset (Not required)
