**About The Role**

The Team Lead will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. The individual in this position will help execute departmental performance objectives and play an active role in driving the department’s strategic direction. The Team Lead will assist department leaders with staff development and special project deployment. The Team Lead will ensure compliance with required policies, and will advise the Supervisor of training needs, staffing deficits and escalated issues on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintaining ICA A/R portfolio and achieve delinquency goals.
- Support and assist with developing collection strategies.
- Responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring within department.
- Monitor team members' participation to ensure compliance with the department policies and procedures and assign additional training as needed.
- Make recommendations to management for process improvements or staffing changes to enhance performance of the Team.
- Update and Develop portfolio policies and procedures as needed.
- Serve as liaison with departments throughout the organization to resolve urgent and escalated issues.
- Point person for related projects and service issues for the team.
- Work on special projects and other related duties as assigned.
- Provide professional support to all customers internal/external during every interaction by demonstrating Quadient’ s EPIC values.

**What You Offer**
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with people across different business areas and achieve results.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication and analytical skills.
- Must demonstrate management qualities such as the ability to assign tasks to others, to monitor progress interactively and to coach for improved productivity.
- Ability to function in a high-visibility, high-volume processing environments.
- Strong proficiency with Internet, Windows-based PC, intermediate to advanced skills and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Oracle and Salesforce environment.
