**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MSP IT Systems Administrator to play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional IT support and managed services to our valued clients. As a core member of our MSP team, you will be responsible for managing clients' Azure environments, Exchange services, optimizing Active Directory, maintaining Hyper-V virtualization, ensuring the reliability of Nutanix infrastructure, managing Windows environments, and delivering top-notch web hosting services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Azure Management**: Oversee and optimize clients' Azure cloud infrastructure, including resource management, performance monitoring, and cost-efficiency to meet their unique business needs.
- **Active Directory Expertise**: Lead the management and enhancement of clients' Active Directory environments, overseeing user and group management, security policies, and system integration.
- **Hyper-V Virtualization**: Manage and monitor Hyper-V virtualization to ensure the availability, performance, and stability of clients' virtual machines.
- **Nutanix Infrastructure**: Maintain and optimize clients' Nutanix hyper-converged infrastructure, providing them with a resilient and efficient data center environment.
- **Client Windows Environment Support**: Deliver exceptional client support and troubleshooting for their Windows-based systems and servers, ensuring a secure and productive user experience.
- **Web Hosting Services**: Administer web hosting services for clients, guaranteeing high availability, security, and a strong online presence for their businesses.
- **Documentation**: Keep meticulous records, develop and maintain documentation, and create standard operating procedures for clients' IT systems and processes to enhance transparency and efficiency.
- **Security Best Practices**: Implement and maintain security best practices for clients, including patch management, access control, and robust disaster recovery plans to safeguard their valuable data and systems.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our MSP team, including technicians, engineers, project managers, and other IT professionals, to provide exemplary client service and ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in managing Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Windows environments, and web hosting, particularly within an MSP environment.
- Profound knowledge of network and system security best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as Azure Administrator, MCSE, MCSA, or Nutanix Certified Professional are highly advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with a strong commitment to delivering unparalleled service to our diverse client base.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating exceptional time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
