L’analyste financier(ière) a la responsabilité d’effectuer des analyses financières dans le cadre de la préparation des budgets et des prévisions tout en assurant le respect des normes internationales d’information financière (IFRS). Il (elle) prépare et vérifie les ajustements et les écritures de régularisation dans le journal, prépare les rapports requis pour la fin du mois, les examens de fin de trimestre, les audits de fin d’exercice et les présentations budgétaires, et effectue des analyses comptables ponctuelles.
Description d'emploi
Principales responsabilités:
- Effectuer des analyses financières ainsi que la vérification, le traitement et l’affichage des écritures de journal dans le grand livre, y compris les ajustements ainsi que les écritures de régularisation, de contrepassation et récurrentes.
S’assurer de la vraisemblance des soldes de comptes.
Préparer des calendriers de rapprochement pour les comptes liés aux coûts d’immobilisations/d’actifs.
- Analyser les écarts mensuels entre les dépenses réelles et prévues.
- Préparer pour les clients des calendriers d’analyse détaillée des écarts.
- Élaborer la section pertinente du rapport financier mensuel en vue de son examen par les directeurs et les vice-présidents des Services généraux.
- Offrir des conseils et du soutien aux groupes en matière de budgétisation et de prévision, et répondre aux demandes financières liées à la prise de décisions d’affaires.
- Préparer le regroupement des analyses d’écarts pour appuyer les entrées effectuées par les groupes en ce qui a trait aux rapports financiers du Comité exécutif de gestion et du conseil d’administration, ou y participer.
- Entreprendre les projets spéciaux qui lui sont confiés ou y participer (p. ex., analyse comparative, analyse des processus d’affaires).
Collaborer, avec les gestionnaires de projet de technologie, au transfert en temps opportun des projets terminés aux immobilisations.
- Surveiller les initiatives et les programmes (nouveaux ou révisés) de la Société afin de déterminer leurs répercussions sur les politiques, les procédures, les outils et les systèmes relatifs à la budgétisation et à l’établissement de rapports financiers.
- Regrouper et synthétiser les prévisions budgétaires et les budgets des groupes pour contribuer à l’élaboration des budgets, des plans financiers et des présentations de budgets de NAV CANADA à l’intention du Comité exécutif de gestion et du Conseil d’administration.
- Préparer des rapports périodiques et ponctuels ainsi que des rapports annuels sur le budget et répondre aux demandes des groupes et de la Société en matière de renseignements et de rapports.
Formation/certificat professionnel:
- Baccalauréat d’une université reconnue ou diplôme d’un collège communautaire avec une spécialisation acceptable en commerce ou en administration des affaires et de 10 à 15 années d’expérience et de connaissances pertinentes;
- Une accréditation d’une association de comptables professionnels (p. ex., CPA) est considérée un atout.
Expérience:
- Expérience du contrôle des transactions financières, du rapprochement des comptes ainsi que de la préparation et de l’analyse de l’information financière;
- Expérience de l’analyse financière et du traitement d’une grande quantité de données; Excellentes compétences en informatique, particulièrement avec Excel, et aptitude à présenter de l’information complexe de façon claire et concise;
- Expérience de la prestation de services consultatifs financiers.
Connaissances:
- Connaissance des théories, des principes, des normes, des pratiques exemplaires, des concepts, des méthodes et des techniques requis pour élaborer et contrôler les procédures et les processus liés aux rapports financiers, à la budgétisation et aux prévisions;
Connaissance des Normes internationales d’information financière (IFRS), particulièrement celles qui s’appliquent aux dépenses d’immobilisations, à l’analyse financière, à la budgétisation et aux prévisions, ainsi qu’aux politiques, processus et (ou) procédures d’administration financière;
- Connaissance des tableaux de bord, de la création, de l’entretien et de l’utilisation des outils liés à l’intelligence d’entreprise (Microsoft Power BI);
- Connaissance d’Excel (avancée - fonctions, tableaux croisés dynamiques et macros), de PowerPoint et de Word;
- Connaissance des systèmes ERP et d’Oracle ou de Workday;
