L’analyste financier(ière) a la responsabilité d’effectuer des analyses financières dans le cadre de la préparation des états financiers consolidés, des budgets et des prévisions tout en assurant le respect des normes internationales d’information financière (IFRS). Il (elle) doit également préparer et vérifier les rajustements et les écritures de régularisation dans le journal, préparer les rapports requis pour la fin du mois, les examens de fin de trimestre, les audits de fin d’exercice et les présentations budgétaires. Il (elle) prépare également des analyses de compte ponctuelles.

Description d'emploi

Responsabilités principales:

- Effectuer des analyses financières ainsi que la vérification, le traitement et l’affichage des écritures de journal dans le grand livre, y compris les rajustements, les régularisations, les renversements et les écritures récurrentes.
- Veiller à la vraisemblance des soldes de comptes. Analyser, examiner, vérifier, surveiller et suivre de près les opérations financières pour les dépenses de fonctionnement et d’immobilisations et les renseignements sur la dotation, y compris l’extraction de données sur les groupes depuis le système de budgétisation et de prévision.
- Préparer pour les clients des calendriers d’analyse détaillée des écarts.
- Préparer des rapports financiers mensuels à l’intention de l’équipe de la haute direction.
- Offrir des conseils et du soutien aux groupes en matière de budgétisation et de prévision, et répondre aux demandes financières liées à la prise de décisions d’affaires.
- Offrir des conseils et du soutien aux gestionnaires de projet dans l’élaboration de budgets pour les projets d’immobilisations, en tenant compte des prévisions et des budgets financiers et des documents d’approbation.
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de projet au transfert en temps opportun des projets terminés aux immobilisations.
- Bâtir une solide compréhension du plan d’affaires de NAV CANADA, de la délégation des pouvoirs financiers, des processus de budgétisation et d’établissement des prévisions, et des politiques et des procédures comptables.
- Entreprendre les projets spéciaux qui lui sont confiés ou y participer (p. ex. analyse comparative, analyse des processus d’affaires).
- Effectuer d’autres tâches ponctuelles, le cas échéant.

Formation/certificat professionnel:

- Baccalauréat d’une université reconnue ou diplôme d’un collège communautaire avec une spécialisation acceptable en commerce ou en administration des affaires.
- De 5-8 ans d’expérience et de connaissances pertinentes.


Expérience:

- Expérience du contrôle des opérations financières, du rapprochement des comptes ainsi que de la préparation et de l’analyse de l’information financière.
- Expérience de l’élaboration de feuilles de calcul et de rapports financiers complexes.
- Expérience de la prestation de services consultatifs financiers.

Connaissances:

- Connaissance de la structure organisationnelle, de la hiérarchie des coûts et du mandat de NAV CANADA.
- Connaissance des théories, des principes, des normes, des pratiques exemplaires, des concepts, des méthodes et des techniques nécessaires à l’élaboration et au suivi des procédures et des processus d’information financière, de budgétisation et de prévision.
- Connaissance des principes comptables généralement reconnus (PCGR) et des IFRS, particulièrement ceux qui s’appliquent aux dépenses d’immobilisations.
- Connaissance de l’analyse financière, de la budgétisation et des prévisions, ainsi que des politiques, des processus et/ou des procédures d’administration financière.
- Connaissance des méthodes et techniques de recherche, de collecte, de validation, de vérification et d’analyse de données pour l’établissement des systèmes de contrôle et des rapports financiers.
- Connaissance des méthodes et des techniques de présentation, de consultation et de rédaction, et de l’utilisation de divers logiciels, outils et systèmes automatisés pour accomplir les tâches.
- La connaissance de Workday représente un atout.
- Connaissance d’Excel (niveau avancé [fonctions, tableaux croisés dynamiques]), de PowerPoint et de Word.
