**Role Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow the customer base within the designated territory: Midwest USA + Central Coast USA.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate GGS's diversified product offerings, focusing on custom solutions for each client.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
- Provide top-tier customer service and support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Focus on new business development, driving growth in the assigned territory.

**Qualifications**:

- Sales and Business Development skills.
- Enthusiastic with a drive to win.
- Solutions-oriented, consultative approach to sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Experience in territory management or sales role is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
