RMS is based in Edmonton, Alberta, where its Concierge Home Care Program has been in use for over two decades. The Concierge Home Care Program provides one-stop home maintenance and repairs for time-starved homeowners.

RMS takes the worry out of home maintenance: We know what must be done, when it must be done, and how to get it done. Our subscription-based proactive, preventative maintenance program ensures that we stay ahead of the maintenance game—we identify minor problems before they become major problems.

Project scheduling
- Uses Jobber software to schedule projects for over 100 long term customers.
- Regular prescheduled preventative maintenance service calls:

- Handyman services
- Trade coordination
- Vacation walk thrus.
- Updates management information system.
- Provides troubleshooting to home technicians.
- Sources product knowledge seminars for technicians
- Compile and generate quotes.

Parts/supplier sourcing
- Maintains regular inventory.
- Determine parts required and sources special order parts.
- Determines trade requirements and sources trade.

Administration
- Posts accounts payable.
- Posts accounts receivable payments.
- Creates invoices for senior management review.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
