**Responsibilities**
- Collect and process deposit and commission cheques from agents/buyers and prepare receipts, prepare bank deposits, enter deposit information into Lone Wolf and physically make deposits at the bank.
- Follow up with commission cheques with other brokerages and lawyers’ offices and make notes on Lone Wolf about any updates and updating deal secretaries.
- Set up and follow up with exclusive listings.
- Assist agents to set up their profile in ShowingTime, Lone Wolf, deal processing paperwork, navigating various operating systems, and RECO registrations renewals and reinstatements.
- Process and distribute promotional items for agents; prepare welcome and recruiting packages for new agents, assist in orientation meetings.
- Handling incoming TRREB violations and following up with agents.
- Processing agent resignations, terminations, cancellations, suspensions, disclosures and mutual releases.
- Manage the RECO renewal report for agent licensing, ensuring dues are paid.
- Manage the office’s supply of lockboxes.
- Process manager and employee expenses to submit to accounting.
- Ensure TRREB violation notices are rectified.
- Assist the management team with recruitment and retention initiatives.
- Assist the Branch Manager with employee related management (training, scheduling, part time employee timesheets, reviews, etc).
- Continually review and provide input on how to improve the front desk and office operations to help maintain the utmost efficiency.
- General upkeep at the office, agent workstations and hospitality area, order office supplies, manage photocopier codes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of branch events, facilitate new agent orientations, and other branch administrator training.
- Other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

**Requirements**:

- Real estate is your chosen field.
- 4+ years’ experience in the residential real estate industry is an asset.
- Knowledge of Lone Wolf real estate software an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Creative problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail and finely tuned organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced office.
- Must be customer service oriented with excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to learn various computer systems and processes quickly.
- A people person, personable, approachable, and eager to assist agents and management.
- A quick learner and ability to train others.
- Social media savvy.
- Take-charge attitude.
