**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Displays the type of personality that can easily and clearly communicate a polite persona over the phone
- Is motivated by establishing sales quotas and works eagerly to attain the maximum potential in each and every Customer interaction there by optimizing their income.
- Has a proven ability to advance the sales call to the end and has a high closure rate.
- Builds knowledge base through taking personal initiative and has the aptitude to be able to properly communicate the technology to the Customer.
- Displays an outgoing personality and easily initiates conversations during networking opportunities.
- Has prepared and presented technical sales presentations to new and existing Clients.
- Can liaise with manufacturing to ensure the Customer needs are being met.
- Shows the ability to adapt and can think on their feet while overcoming Customer objections or sourcing out the best solution for a technical requirement.
- Displays an assertive but collaborative approach to sales with an understanding that the sale starts at the minute of the first successful close.
- Receives client orders for products and accurately communicates orders to the appropriate department.
- Communicates with cross functional departments to ensure complete Customer satisfaction.
- Responds to miscellaneous requests/inquiries, especially those related to warrantee items and service-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in Inside Sales in a technical role focused on Field Instrumentation including Pressure, Temperature, Flow, and Level Products.
- Ability to size, select and supply equipment to support all Pressure, Temperature, Flow, and Level Product requirements.
- Technical Engineering Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
- Experience working with an ERP would be an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
