Splashdown is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team of experts. We are a fast growing company focused on bringing specialized metal work to the exterior of residential, commercial and multi-family buildings. We execute most of work with in house employees and have crews specialized in eavestroughs, fascia, soffits and exterior cladding. We want to deliver long lasting water deflection solutions for all areas of the buildings we work on.

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute the sales and work order process for our projects from start to finish. Included in the process are; lead qualifications, estimating, site reports, purchasing, and creating internal work order documents.
- Gathering site specific information using phone, G-pro or drone to gather pictures and videos for customer reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Accurately estimate job costs using relevant software tools and price list.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships for the product lines you execute purchase orders for.
- Use CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales pipeline, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure successful project completion including maintaining the job costing records within each work order.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven inside sales experience with building material and/or service industry to residential and commercial projects.
- Understanding of the exterior cladding industry and related technologies.
- Experience using spreadsheets, CRM software, Adobe, and other relevant software tools that aid in the estimating or design process.
- Comfortable learning or working with multi-media tools for introducing marked up pictures and videos collected within our sales process.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
