**Overview**
The Inner-City Home has an opening for the Administrator’s position. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing administration, food bank operations and other strategic aspects of Maison Inner-City Home de/of Sudbury, our main site being located at 251 Elm Street W. and the New Sudbury location at 1169 Dollard Avenue. Other key duties involve fundraising, marketing, community outreach and other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors President.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Manage scheduling of volunteers.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
**Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document management and communication.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
- Competence in clerical tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
