**About the position**
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will perform full cycle recruiting while building great relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners. You will also work with other recruiters, coordinators, internal & external stakeholders, and HR Subject Matter Experts to collaborate throughout the recruitment process.
Our TA team has a focus on evolving our recruitment practices to be more innovative and proactive, while providing strategic recruitment advice to Hiring Managers. We want you to be part of that journey and you will have the full support of your leader and teammates to share your ideas and participate in these initiatives.
**What you will do**
- Guide and coach hiring managers on job posters, sourcing methods, and best practices throughout the recruitment process
- Advise hiring managers on applicable legislative requirements (i.e. official languages, privacy, and compliance), recruitment policies/standards, and on recruitment practices that support the Bank’s EDI strategy
- Capture and analyze information to assess existing recruitment policies, programs, or services to find opportunities for improvement, process streamlining and better service delivery
- Lead or participate in other HR, cross-functional or Bank-wide projects and initiatives and provide advice related to your personal field of expertise
- Act as a data steward and ensure accuracy of recruitment data for internal and corporate reporting
**What you need to succeed**
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to plan, organize, and adapt as priorities shift and change
- The ability track, advance and report on multiple files and recruitment initiatives with varying deadlines
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills for working with diverse partners at different levels and functions
- Proven experience in recruitment including sourcing, developing outreach strategies, and building relationships with internal and external partners

- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Module

**What you need to know**
- Language requirement: English and French essential (bilingual) with a minimum starting level of functional (level 4) in second official language. Training may be provided to help reach the required level of fully functional (level 5) in second official language.
- Priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents
- Security level required: Be eligible to obtain Reliability
- Relocation assistance may be provided, if required

**Hybrid Work Model **#LI-Hybrid**

- Salaries are based on qualifications and experience and typically range from $83,500 to $98,235 (job grade 16)
- The Bank offers an incentive for successfully meeting expectations at 5 to 7% of your base salary. The Bank offers performance pay for those who exceed expectation
