**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Follow up with the progress of marketing projects;
- Coordinate internally and externally to make sure every party meets their deadline in carrying out the project;
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Translate required documents from English to French or verse vise;
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Make travel arrangement for the team;
- Other job assignments on demand from immediate supervisor.
**Qualifications**
- 1. Knowledge
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Language or Administration;
Knowledge of a wide range of online and offline marketing techniques & concepts;
Understanding of e-Commerce business
2. Competence
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Strong analytical & communication skills
- Demonstrated presentation skill
- Multi-tasks & time management skill
- Computer literate
