**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), providing recommendations to improve.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the company’s ecommerce websites across multiple ecommerce platforms
- Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and user experience (UX).
- Work with the web development team to implement necessary updates and improvements.
- Monitor website performance and traffic using tools like GA4 and make data-driven decisions to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Manage a shared services team composed of both full-time members and freelancers/contractors.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably within an ecommerce setting.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Commerce / Magento is an asset.
- Experience sourcing and managing a gig economy team.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

**This position will be a hybrid position with the requirement to come in to the office (Oakville, ON - Winston Churchill/Dundas) 3 times/week.**
