Administrative Associate, Enrolment Services

Job Requirements- Some post-secondary education and a minimum of three years of related experience, preferably in higher education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A dedicated service orientation that will support the University’s internal and external clients (i.e., prospective students, employees, faculty, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail, accurate data entry skills, and experience working within databases
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task while remaining process driven and outcomes oriented
- Excellent working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to adapt to new systems
- A disciplined self-starter, demonstrated by taking initiative where appropriate
- Demonstrates ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong team ethic with the ability to work well individually and with others
- Knowledge of RRU, its programs, and the student demographic RRU serves
- Familiarity with student and/or customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Microsoft CRM or Agresso
- Additional Information- This is a temporary, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week for a term from May/June 2024 until October 2024. This position has been evaluated at ADM-C with a salary range of $55,202 (minimum) to $64,846 (midpoint) to $74,490 (maximum) per annum. Employment offers will normally be made between the minimum and midpoint of the range and are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
