Reporting to the Provincial Manager of Administration, the Office and Supply Coordinator provides facilities support services and office supply management for their individual site (Victoria Keating or Vancouver Virtual Way). The Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for building-related issues, and ensures repairs/services are completed in a timely manner by opening work orders, maintaining service records and contracting vendors and trades people regarding repairs and services. - Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory for all departments at the site by placing orders from approved vendors such as Staples Advantage.
- Use corporate purchasing card to purchase office supplies and minor furniture and desk accessories - purchasing card limit $10K.
