**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales growth for the brands we represent and the retailers we support within an assigned territory
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve set targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients across multiple brands.
- Conduct in-person visits and virtual/phone calls to clients and prospects to grow sales, provide product knowledge training and support client & customer needs.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.
- Manage success metrics & collaborate with colleagues, marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts across all regions and identify new opportunities.
- Provide excellence in customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, with a focus on both inside and outside sales activities.
- Experience working with agencies, distributors, and multiple brands.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ismandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for sales tracking and customer management.
- Background in Pharmacy CPG Sales is an asset.
- Understanding of performance-based industries and metrics.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and relationship building.

**Benefits**:

- Base Salary of $48,000 to $60,000
