Customer Service Representative/ Order Processor

Are you passionate about kitchen cabinetry and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Order Processor. As a key member of our company, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their kitchen cabinetry needs and ensuring a smooth order processing experience.
**Responsibilities**:
Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our kitchen cabinetry products and services.
Assist customers in selecting the right cabinetry options based on their requirements and preferences.
Process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring all details are captured and communicated effectively to relevant departments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any potential issues or concerns.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, pricing, promotions, and policies.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire order process, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in customer service or order processing, preferably in the kitchen cabinetry industry.
Strong knowledge of kitchen cabinetry products, materials, and installation processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in order processing and data entry.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints or inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with specific kitchen cabinetry software or design tools.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
