CDI Spaces is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join the team Are you great with customer service, love scheduling deliverables for projects on time and on budget, and want to work on a dynamic team? **Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Confirm and coordinate products for outgoing loads.
- Ensure H&S needs are met and replenish goods as required.
- Ensure an accurate inventory of all stock and give figures to management monthly.
- Maintain relationships with clients through discussions on site and reviewing products.
- Review the schedule and confirm all POD's and Def are filed and processed.
- Ensure every delivery is booked and paperwork is prepared.
- Run reports to ensure all products have been received, delivered, or scheduled.
- Complete deliveries in alignment with the CDI Installations Service Expectations.
- Other Duties as assigned.

**Required Experience**:

- High School Diploma required; Post-Secondary Diploma preferred.
- 5+ years experience in scheduling and client care
- Excellent in MS Office Suite.
- Skills in estimation and reading furniture layouts and drawings is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail orientated
