The administrative professional we are searching for will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Developmental Services Ontario Central East Region.

**Position Requirements**
- Business College
- Minimum 2 years related administrative experience
- Intermediate knowledge of working in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Experience with database, data entry, statistical tracking
- Committed to delivering high level of customer service at all times
- Answer and screen calls professionally and manage all inquiries with tact and judgement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- A strong knowledge of community resources would be a definite asset
- Provide general administrative assistance and coverage
- A valid G Driver's License, access to a reliable vehicle and business use insurance coverage OR access to reliable transportation
