Make an impact with our Office Services team as an Administrator. This position is a contract from January 2024 - March 2025. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide clerical support to the administrative team and office
- Process, pick up and drop off documents
- Organize, maintain, pull and re-sort files and conduct electronic filing
- Maintain and sort incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, faxing and printing reports
- Prepare and process routine documents and/or reports
- Ensure the filing room is clean and organized
- Maintain overall cleanliness of breakroom
- Occasional travel to and from local banks, post office or government offices
- Assist at reception, as necessary
- Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessary

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a professional services environment is considered an asset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

**Responsabilités**
- Fournir un soutien administratif à l’équipe Administration du bureau.
- Traiter, récupérer et distribuer des documents.
- Organiser, gérer, sortir et reclasser des dossiers, et procéder à la transmission électronique de données.
- Gérer et trier les colis et le courrier reçus ou à expédier.
- Accomplir des tâches administratives d’ordre général, comme les photocopies, les télécopies et l’impression de rapports.
- Préparer et traiter les documents et rapports courants.
- Maintenir la salle de classement propre et en ordre.
- Veiller à la propreté de la salle de repos.
- Se rendre occasionnellement aux banques, aux bureaux du gouvernement ou au bureau de poste à proximité.
- Aider à l’accomplissement des tâches à l’accueil, lorsque nécessaire.
- Être disposé à travailler des heures supplémentaires au besoin.

**Compétences et expérience**
- Expérience dans un service professionnel, un atout
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps, et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément
