Day-to-day Job duties:
1. Supervise the daily processing of payroll, personnel, and other administrative documents
2. Be responsible for supervising and managing the personnel, payroll, supply requisitioning, and otheradministrative activities
3. Prepare, review, and analyze staffing and payroll reports and assure the administrative operations areconducted within prescribed time schedules
4. Oversee payroll and personnel activities, helps maintain the flow and quality of work to meet deadlines
5. Creating, maintaining, and overseeing the coordination and documentation of training programs foremployees
6. Overseeing staff development, training programs, policy development, and special projects
7. Participating in long-range planning and the development of departmental and divisional goals, strategicplans, and objectives
8. Plan, administer and control budgets for contracts, equipment and supplies
9. Request the approval of supply and material equipment as needed to ensure continuity of officeoperations
10. Acquire, distribute and company supplies
11. Organize finance, human resources, purchasing, administration or computer systems departments
12. Analyzing contract-related documents to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
13. Assisting senior leaders and participating or leading small administrative projects
14. Prepare and review operational reports and schedules from office manager to ensure accuracy andefficiency
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $46.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 10 years (preferred)
