**Neill Wycik Hotel**
Throughout the school year, Neill-Wycik Co-operative College Inc. provides full-time students affordable accommodation in downtown Toronto. During the summer months, many of the rooms are converted into a 320-room hotel, Neill Wycik Hotel, where groups and individuals from around the world can stay while they tour the largest city in Canada.

We are partners with Toronto Tourism and City Sightseeing Toronto. This is a great opportunity for those who want to gain experience in the hospitality industry and meet new people.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in customer service and cash handling
- Previous experience computers
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Education in hospitality an asset
- Second language an asset
- Flexibility in scheduling an asset

**Responsibilities**
- Checking guests and groups in and out of the hotel
- Receiving cash, ensuring it is balanced with the computer system
- Handling customer relations in a professional manner
- Providing tourist information
- Communicating regularly with management and operations supervisor
- Maintaining front desk and lobby cleanliness
- Provide support in other departments (housekeeping and café)
- Moderate manual labour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 16 weeks
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
