We are looking to add someone to complete administrative work and data entry to our team. You will be assisting in the day-to-day tasks for the principal and appraisers. The right individual will have exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills, and great customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Schedule inspections for appraisers while updating clients on the progress of orders.
- Sort and compile data for the purpose of analysis and company record.
- Complete data entry for form and narrative appraisal reports in a timely manner.
- Provide support and customer service to clients and stakeholders.

ASSETS:

- 1 to 3 years of work experience with track record of professionalism and customer service
- 70-80 WPM
- Ability to navigate multiple programs and screens
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Fast learner.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Multitasking skills.
