**Position Overview**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager with the ability to drive growth and brand visibility to join our dynamic team.

As part of our team, you'll be entrusted with developing and executing our marketing initiatives. Your role will involve the development and implementation of both strategic and tactical marketing plans. This role is a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership that offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in our organization.

**What You’ll Do**
- Content creation: write engaging content for our website and case study and our clients’ website landing pages. Bring our brand to life with your words
- Interviewing: chat with our leadership team and clients to get the scoop for amazing content.
- Industry Savvy: Keep up-to-date with not only the marketing industry, but the tech industry’s latest trends and use this information to enrich our site.
- Client interaction: you’ll be the voice behind our client interviews, crafting the right questions and capturing their stories.
- Event coverage: attend speaking events and turn these experiences into captivating long and short-form content.
- Marketing magic: create materials that make our sales team shine.
- SEO management: be the go-to person for ensuring our SEO strategy is executed, working with our vendor to make sure our online content shines bright in search results, driving more eyes and traffic to our site.
- Public relations and advertising: jump into the driver's seat of our public relations and paid advertising - you're in charge of blending these into our marketing mix, making sure our brand's story is catchy and cohesive.
- Managing content writers: be the maestro of our freelance content writers' symphony, guiding their creative sparks into a dazzling fireworks show of words that perfectly captures our brand's vibe.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, public relations, copywriting, or related.
- Background in Marketing, Public Relations or Business Administration, or 5+ years of experience in one or more, preferably in the tech space.
- Expertise in writing and a great storyteller.
- Comfortable with interviews and research.
- Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal).
- Strong project management skills to drive marketing initiatives from start to finish.
- Strong experience with creating and tracking data/success metrics and drawing actionable conclusions.
- Collaborating and can execute independently.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
