Reporting to the Director, Communications and Marketing, Quebec Region, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating the company’s internal and external communications for its Quebec network, in both official languages, and providing support to the full spectrum of its business and marketing operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, revise and distribute internal communications to franchisees and brokers within the Quebec network regarding company products and services, industry news and Royal LePage’s position on a range of issues;
- Support the Director, Communications and Marketing in implementing communications tools for marketing, public relations and recruiting initiatives;
- Manage the company’s communications distribution lists for Quebec;
- Update key statistical analyses and present monthly reports;
- Coordinate enrolments for training sessions and invoicing of learning activities;
- Advise the in-house team on distribution strategies for the company’s various communications channels, including written content as well as operation of emerging social platforms;
- Produce various content marketing pieces, e.g., blog entries, social media posts, newsletters, content for the company’s websites, advertising material;
- Collaborate on development of content strategies and communications plans and ensure activities are executed according to schedules and deadlines;
- Conduct monitoring and oversight of social platforms and produce periodic performance reports to track attainment of goals;
- Ensure correct use of the Royal LePage brand on internal and external communications channels;
- Coordinate the company’s translation needs and be the point of contact for document revisions;
- Act as liaison, when required, between the national head office departments and the Quebec team;
- Support the Royal LePage Quebec team in planning and executing corporate events and special projects; perform follow-up;
- Foster positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a related field or a university degree in business, marketing or communications;
- Excellent command of English and French, spoken and written;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Google suite (e.g., Sheets, Docs, Forms);
- Knowledge of Canva and/or Photoshop a must;
- Knowledge of HTML codes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems an asset;
- Experience working with subcontractors/agencies/printers;
- Demonstrated knowledge of and expertise in social media management and statistical analysis tools;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders; excellent people skills;
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, initiative, resourcefulness;
- Outstanding client management skills;
- Detail-oriented, meticulous and disciplined, strong organizational skills.
