**Job Summary**:
As the Marketing Manager at Nova DBA, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to expand our market presence and drive business growth. With a primary focus on generating leads through strategic marketing initiatives, your role is crucial in supporting our mission to provide peace of mind by protecting, managing, and leveraging data for our clients. You will devise and implement innovative marketing strategies aimed at generating high-quality leads, enhancing our brand visibility, and supporting our sales team's efforts in converting leads into lasting partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive lead generation strategy, utilizing both inbound and outbound marketing techniques to attract and engage potential clients.
**Marketing Plan Implementation**: Craft and implement targeted marketing plans with a clear focus on lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
**Content Creation and Distribution**: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content tailored to our target audiences, designed to generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
**Collaboration with Sales**: Work closely with the Sales Executives to align marketing initiatives with sales strategies, ensuring a seamless transition of leads from marketing to sales.
**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns and strategies, using data to optimize future marketing efforts.
**Market Research**: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities for lead generation and to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on lead generation in the technology or database services sector.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead generation strategies.
Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, with a keen understanding of how to use these for effective lead generation.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for a variety of platforms.
Analytical mindset, with experience in using metrics and data analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Creative and strategic thinker, capable of generating innovative ideas to increase lead generation and brand awareness.
**Bilingual (English and French).**
