**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, manage and support sales employees to help them succeed in achieving current business and productivity goals while improving profitability and efficiency
- Represent our company values in day-to-day leadership to create a positive, motivating workplace which maximizes employee engagement and supports the well
- being of employees
- Ensure our employees have a customer first attitude, making customer satisfaction a priority to create customer loyalty
- Analyze market trends and current market climate to ensure the best inventory acquisitions available to our clientele
- Acquire all inventory pieces through various channels of acquisition.
- Work with the New Vehicle Sales Manager and General Manager to help guide the overall direction of the Sales Department
- Ensure all inventory is pre-sale ready, marketed, advertised (online and traditional) within the parameters outlined by the General Manager
- Help our sales staff achieve their targets and goals through ongoing support, training and sharing your expertise.

**Education Essentials**:

- Completion of high school diploma or vocational equivalent
- University degree or college diploma in business administration

**Knowledge Essentials**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in Pre-Owned Department Management
- Experience in vehicle acquisition, inventory purchasing and pre-sale readiness
- Excellent knowledge of Pre-Owned operations and business process
- Proficient with: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook
- Thorough knowledge of the Pre-Owned marketplace and the ever-evolving climate of today's market
- Experience merchandising and marketing Pre-Owned Inventory
- Experience with V-Auto / Profit Time and go-to-market pricing
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Being analytical, creative, and using innovative approaches in solving problems

**Special Qualification Essentials**:

- Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving abstract
- OMVIC Certification is required
