Administrative Assistant

**Duties**:

- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis
- Assist with payroll processing
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist with tax and governmental accounting tasks
- Conduct account reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting processes
- Process accounts payable transactions
- Utilize 10-key typing skills for data entry

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative or accounting roles
- Proficiency in financial report writing
- Strong knowledge of tax and governmental accounting regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
