**Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist & Brand Ambassador**

**Department: Human Resources**

**Reports to: Human Resources Director**

**What you’ll do**

**Recruitment/Strategic Sourcing**
- Actively attract, engage, and select high quality talent to support OTT’s current needs and future growth using a variety of sourcing and interviewing techniques
- Create innovative, well written, and researched position descriptions and subsequently posts to appropriate media
- Expanding the company’s online presence on different employment sites, identifying new recruiting opportunities through social media, and developing creative ways to attract the best talent
- Engage in College and University co-op and new grad programs
- Assess applicant qualifications by comparing qualifications to job requirements, gather initial feedback from hiring managers, and conduct applicant phone screens
- Work with hiring managers to determine new hire compensation
- Verbally extend offers, draft and deliver written offers, and secure acceptances
- Negotiate agreements and contracts with external search firms for additional support in filling hard to fill roles.
- Provide analytical recruiting reports to management

**Branding**
- Direct and develop innovative and effective external and internal employer branding, employee value proposition, recruitment advertising to position OTT as an employer of choice.
- Research, coordinate, and participate in job fairs and industry conferences/networking events to promote the firm and employment opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in areas of strategic branding, recruitment marketing, sourcing, and networking
- Experience in effective and innovative techniques for identifying new talent including: talent campaigns, internet searches, job boards and social media
- Experience managing 5-10 open positions at a given time
- Strong Microsoft office experience
- Experience with administering and managing Applicant Tracking Systems and advertising positions on LinkedIn and various job posting boards
- Superior organizational and planning skills, with an ability to identify risk and manage expectations
- Detail-oriented and highly meticulous, even when faced with competing priorities in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Can take direction quickly and work independently
