**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Assistance**: Assist the CEO with construction projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings for the CEO, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- **Paperwork Management**: Handle all administrative paperwork, including document preparation, filing, and record-keeping.
- **Data Analysis**: Conduct detailed analyses and prepare reports on various topics as required by the CEO, including financial analysis and market research.
- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO as needed.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
**Qualifications**
You’re a fit for the role of Executive Assistant if your background includes:
- Mandarin and English is a must
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in the construction, real-estate development industry or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed analyses and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a resourceful approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week
**Schedule**
- 8-hour shift, including a 30-minute break
- Monday to Friday
**Work Location**
Richmond, ON
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
