**Description de tâches représentante du service à la clientèle**

En bref:

- Répondre au téléphone et/ou courriel des clients
- Prise et entrer de commande journalièrement dans le système informatique
- Planifier les livraisons avec transporteur externe
- Confirmer les commandes au système et s’assurer de la livraison avec le transporteur
- Envoyer les preuves de livraison aux clients
- Offrir un support aux clients
- Répondre aux problèmes et traiter les plaintes des clients
- Assister les finances pour le recouvrement au besoin

**Fonctions essentielles de l’emploi**
- Des aménagements raisonnables peuvent être faits pour permettre aux individus de s’acquitter de fonctions essentielles.
- Coordonne avec le responsable logistique et le planificateur de la production pour assurer la disponibilité des produits afin de respecter les calendriers de livraison avec Land-Link et les ramassages des clients.
- S’assure que tous les documents BOL et autres documents sont corrects et entrés dans les systèmes JD Edwards.

Essential Job Functions
- Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform to essential functions.
- Coordinates with Logistic Manager and Production Planner to ensure product availability to meet delivery schedules with Land-Link and customer pickups.
- Ensures that all BOL and other paperwork are correct and entered in JDEdwards systems.
- Reviews and generates bills of lading for customer orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness of delivery service.
- Identifies demand for Bulk and finished goods.
- Plan, confirms and coordinates schedule delivery with customers.
- Maintain all data in customer’s web based MRP system. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating the order and delivery of customer purchased raw materials into JACO facility, reconciling all inventory transactions and generating month-end inventory reports, receiving, and confirming customer’s orders, scheduling/re-scheduling of shipping appointments.
