**Provincial Smart Home Services** is looking for **an Administrative Assistant** to provide exceptional customer service to our existing and potential clients. You will be a part of a team of professionals working to ensure our clients are always satisfied

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. File corporate & government documents (update corporate annual reports, renew insurance policies,..)

2. Co-ordinate meetings and daily tasks for CEO & COO

4. Handle confidential matters with legal team

5. Prepare materials and presentations for meetings, as well as follow up on action items

6. Co-ordinate corporate events & travel arrangements

7. Manage office supplies and equipment for the office

8. Prepare company items for the sales department & technicians (forms, uniforms, gas cards, badges & business cards)

9. Manage employee benefits & gym memberships

10. Manage, sort and deliver incoming mail and packages.

**Requirements**:
1. University degree or post-secondary education considered strong asset

2. Previous experience supporting top-level business executives

3. Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization

6. Energetic with strong organizational skills

**Schedule**: Fulltime

**Salary**: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

**Job Type**: Full-time

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- University degree or post-secondary education considered strong asset

**Experience**:

- Previously had a secretarial/administrative role considered strong asset (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)

Work Location: In-person

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M8X 1Y9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
