We are seeking one
**(1) Project Coordinator** to support project opportunities with Neetah Construction. This position will be site based (within Saskatchewan), however, the office headquarters is located in Regina, SK. You will be joining a team of recognized industry experts to help execute work that is critical to our clients and our communities.

**Job Title: Project Coordinator**

Job Summary: The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for supporting the delivery of Tron construction projects of varying size and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible for liaising, organizing and assisting in the coordination of Heavy Civil Construction, Water and Sewer Construction, Other Miscellaneous Earth moving project activities.

**Scope of Responsibilities**: Will include all project related activities as directed, by including the following responsibilities:

- Promote and advocate the Company’s vision, mission, and values.
- Ensure daily Labour, Equipment and Materials (LEMs) are accurate, signed and submitted to the Project Manager.
- Prepare, and review ongoing field progress and inspection reports throughout the lifecycle of the construction phase.
- Maintain tracking logs for purchase requisitions, project scope changes, RFI’s, change orders.
- Coordinates the material requisition process and assists in material take-offs and tracking.
- Assist in the tracking of progress and quality of work being performed by subcontractors, suppliers and field trades.
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
- Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and progress invoicing.
- Provide critical information to the PM in the issuance of contracts, letters of intent, purchase orders, etc.
- Coordinates and generates Requests for Information (RFI)
- Assist the PM in the review of contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval and prepare subcontractor bid comparison tables as needed.
- Review client contract change documents to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare statutory declaration documents for invoicing and substantial completion certificates, and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education in Engineering or Technical Diploma or Journeyperson Certificate from a recognized institution an asset.
- Construction experience preferred
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Project Coordinator role
- Intuitive grasp of organizational structure in order to manage cross-departmental and cross-disciplinary resource allocation.
- Able to effectively communicate with all staff, including technical, professional, and upper management.
- Basic knowledge of financial management, technology management, and internal controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft office Programs,
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Ability to create and edit project documents, materials, and presentations.
- Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in Road construction, Maintenance work, Culvert repair and installation.
- Willing, and able to work away from home for lengthy periods of time on different projects.
- Willing, and able to work long hours, Overtime and possible weekend work in various weather conditions and in remote areas.
- Ability to complete safety documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
