**About us**
Hiring on behalf of client with commercial and residential rental properties.
Work hours are flexible and will vary depening on month end requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and process payroll for employees
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of transactions
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure all accounts are balanced
- Utilize accounting software to record financial transactions and generate reports
- Analyze accounts and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
**Skills**:
- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, etc.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to perform account analysis and identify discrepancies
- Familiarity with account reconciliation and bank reconciliation processes
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $23.55-$24.56 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
