Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

**Assist with the following;**
- accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- collections
- invoicing
- accounts payable
- payroll
- journal entries
- provide some clerical and administrative support
- flexible schedule up to 10 hours per week, additional hours may be available.

- have 2 plus years bookkeeping experience
- have experience using Sage 50
- be proficient in Word and Excel
- have exceptional organizational, oral and written communication skills
- be a reliable self starter able to work independently
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
