**We are seeking a bilingual legal professional fluent in **English and French, **who thrives on having challenging and rewarding work in a fast-paced environment. The Immigration Case Analyst plays a key role in the intake, processing and follow up of client files. Immigration Case Analysts operate at various levels of autonomy and on various types of immigration files depending on their level of experience and tenure with the Firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Communication_
- Acting as the key point of contact for client inquiries at all stages of the client relationship; sending out initiation for files and providing clients with status updates throughout the life-cycle of their file
- Communicating with clients to obtain required documentation or advise on required changes to documentation previously submitted
- Document Drafting_
- Drafting submission letters, working off of precedents when appropriate or writing documents from scratch
- Conducting research and leveraging government resources to ensure processes are current and appropriate documents are being used
- Compiling all documents required for a submission and processing in a timely manner
- Administration_
- Checking client ledger to determine if any disbursements must be billed out. Tracking file progress against retainer to send a billing request to accounting once certain milestones are reached with the client
- Reviewing invoices produced by the Accounting team with the Lawyer to seek approval
- Ensuring that timelines and deadlines are diarized and met including expiry dates and other key dates
- Scheduling appointments and meetings with clients

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree OR a Diploma or Certificate is required
- **Must be bilingual in French and English**:

- Bachelor's degree OR a Diploma or Certificate is required
- Any legal administrative or immigration experience including LMIA, Express Entry, PNP, Sponsorship and Work Permit Applications is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Excellent writing abilities is a requirement
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
