**Position Overview**:
We are on the lookout for a compassionate and committed individual to enhance our team as a Immigration case cum Client Relation Specialist. **This is a 6 months contract position. **This pivotal role demands an individual who can blend exceptional customer service with expert handling of immigration-related inquiries, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled support and guidance. As the cornerstone of our client interaction, you will be instrumental in building trust and confidence in our services, guiding clients seamlessly through their immigration journey.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- **Client Communication and Support**: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and providing guidance on immigration processes in a professional manner.
- **Case Management**: Take comprehensive responsibility for client case files from initiation to completion, ensuring the accuracy and organization of essential documents such as passports, educational certificates, and work experience letters.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent, empathetic, and personalized communication, understanding their unique needs and concerns.
- **Solution-Oriented Support**: Listen attentively to client needs, offering bespoke advice and solutions to enhance their experience and satisfaction with our services.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with internal teams to address complex issues, ensuring client needs are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- **Record Keeping**: Accurately document all client interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system, aiding in the delivery of a streamlined client experience.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, regulatory updates, and technological advancements to offer informed and up-to-date guidance to clients.
**Job Specification Requirements**:
- Experience: Atleast 2-3 years of experience in a position involving Canadian immigration law knowledge. Worked with rigorous documentation is strongly preferred. Experience in client engagement, account management, or customer service roles is advantageous.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to empathize and connect with a diverse client base.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve problems and address client concerns effectively.
- Empathy and Patience: A patient, empathetic approach, with a genuine commitment to assisting clients and ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services is a must have.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM software, Google Workspace and relevant tools/systems for efficient client management.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and schedules, maintaining high-quality service standards under pressure.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. Additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
