**An Immigration Case Analyst will possess the following qualities**:

- Warm, outgoing, and proactive
- Ability to prioritize, multitask and balance competing interests
- Knowledge of client care processes
- High attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Tech-savvy with a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and Google Suite
- Strong command of how to conduct legal research in an effective and efficient manner
- Ability to learn how to plan projects
- Preparing submission packages for basic and complex cases and submitting to various government agencies (e.g., Employment and Social Development Canada, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada etc.)
- Performing various administrative duties including, but not limited to organizing and managing files, tracking dates, inputting data into spreadsheets, photocopying/faxing submission packages
- Other duties may be assigned as required.
- Graduated from a recognized Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Immigration Consultant or Law Clerk program in Canada
- Immigration law experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
