Office/operations Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plans, organizes, and schedules the day for all technicians; establishes and monitors workflow and makes changes as necessary to improve quality of service.
- Completes daily tasks including, preparing glass estimates and invoices through QuickBooks, data entry, ordering and receiving glass, and filing.
- Adheres to established policies and procedures regarding quality assurance and accuracy in data input.
- Maintains confidentiality of all financial, personnel and resident data; maintains accounting records.
- Handles payments from customer’s concerning billings from residences, strata managers and commercial businesses; prepares bank deposits.
- Presents a positive attitude while providing a window glass quotes over the phone.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
