- The Strategic Sales team is a highly versatile sales and service team within the Commercial Department at Arc’teryx. We highly value teamwork, collaboration and supporting one another to deliver exceptional outcomes. We provide solutions for Professional and Strategic group customers, often with custom embellishments from a curated range of Pro & Outdoor products.

**If you were the Strategic Sales Service Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Managing all incoming service requests from Pro & Strategic group customers and responding professionally, accurately, and promptly to all inquiries, leads and opportunities
- Supporting the sales team by managing and maintaining existing reporting & sales tools
- Performing general sales administrative tasks such as return authorizations, and shipment issues
- Managing some Strategic Sales orders from end-to-end during peak times when additional coverage is required, or as needed

**Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future**:

- Identifying opportunities to improve our service through the systems, tools, and processes we use; and developing, implementing, and documenting those improvements as needed
- Creating new customer facing materials to help guide guests through our processes as smoothly as possible
- Working with the sales team to develop and maintain ongoing connection and aftercare for existing clients

**Are you our next Strategic Sales Service Coordinator?**:

- You have 2+ years of customer service or retail experience or 1+ years of B2B sales or service experience
- You have a strong ability to communicate effectively with salespeople, customers, and other business teams
- You are a creative problem solver, who takes ownership to solve challenges that cross your path
- You possess a high level of organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
