Admin Assistant Clearences

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Administrative Assistant is a central support role for the office. Working closely with the Account Managers and Talent Acquisition Advisor, the incumbent coordinates and process Security Clearances for new and existing employees.

Job responsibilities:
- Working with Corporate Security on all security clearances
- Coordinate meetings with prospective and active guards
- Coordinate various investigation and background checks with various agencies
- Coordinate with outside resources for finger printing and other requirements for security clearances
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process with all GardaWorld employees.
- Any other related tasks.
Job requirement
- Experience in the security industry, an asset
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- High degree of integrity, trustworthy
- Bilingualism (English and French), strongly preferred
