**Job Summary**:
As a Dispatcher / Admin Assistant at our Internet Service Provider, you will be responsible for coordinating the deployment of field technicians and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our service delivery and customer support processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide friendly and professional customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Receive service requests and work orders from customers, internal departments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries, appointments, and technical issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.60-$25.90 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
