Brandt is currently looking to fill a Vice President of Creative, Advertising & Communications position for our Regina, SK location.

The role of _VP of Creative, Advertising & Communications_ will be act as the Principal for Brandt’s in-house full-service agency having direct responsibility for Client Service Operations, Communication Planning, Media Planning/Buying, Corporate Design, Corporate Voice, Multimedia Production and Creative Operations as each team works to express Brandt’s brand to their diverse audiences.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Team Leadership_
- While the team is expected to grow, today, this position will have direct responsibility for the following teams:

- _Advertising_ - this team is responsible for client service, communications planning and creative project management. They are responsible for vetting, scoping, planning and managing all incoming requests to the team and working with our internal stakeholders to fully understand their needs and opportunities in order to assemble the right team of creative specialists to successfully execute the project. This includes all advertising campaigns, collateral development and more.
- _Corporate Design _- a team of graphic designers, art directors and creative directors that work solely on the day-to-day expression of its brand through all communication channels.
- _Corporate Voice _- a team of copywriters that strategize and express Brandt’s voice through written and spoken communication channels
- _Multimedia Production _- a team of photographers, videographers, animators, 3D artists and producers that are responsible for delivering photo, video assets as well as live productions.
- _Creative Operations _- a dedicated discipline focused on improving operational efficiency and streamlining collaboration between the various creative disciplines.
- The VP will be responsible for leading each of their unique but connected evolutions.
- This includes working with each of their leaders on team development, large project management, stakeholder presentations and more.
- Brand Visioning and Expression_
- Working closely with the _VP of Brand Strategy_ this position will ultimately be responsible for the day-to-day expression of Brandt’s brand throughout its various lines of business.
- This will include both contributing to and leveraging brand research conducted by the Brand Strategy team to better inform our communication-related decisions
- Resource Planning_
- Forecasting future demand on agency resources to ensure the team is equipped to handle the inevitable ebbs and flows of our business.
- This will include both the planning and allocating of internal resources as well as forming strong partnerships with outside agencies and freelancers.
- Stakeholder Relations_
- As leader of the department, this position will be tasked with representing the team on both large projects and at recurring cross-functional leadership meetings that happen throughout the year

**Required Skills**:

- 15+ years in a leadership capacity in an in-house marketing/communications or agency team
- Industrial experience desired but not required
- Leading skills in communication, both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented and willing to collaborate with specialized groups in diverse
types of projects & initiatives
- A drive to expand knowledgebase to fully understand corporate objectives
