**Responsibilities**
- Manage schedules and communications of key executives
- Arrange meetings
- Organize and plan events
- Update WordPress based portal website (basic WordPress knowledge preferred but not required) Upload videos to YouTube, Portal and Podcast
- Troubleshoot agent portal issues that may arise
- Posting on social media (Instagram, Facebook)
- Edit Reels (Basic knowledge of premiere pro preferred but not required)
- Occasional errand running, dropping off client gifts, picking up and dropping off packages
- Other tasks within the scope of the role not mentioned

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) skills, G Suite
- Comfortable with technology including zoom, other apps, websites
- Knowledge of social media Basic knowledge of WordPress
- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of Canva
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Must have a Positive Upbeat can do Attitude
- Excellent Eye for detail
- Driver’s License a plus but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON
