Job Summary:
- Become a Digital Communication Specialist and lead the development and execution of dynamic communication strategies across various digital platforms such as social media, e-newsletters, webinars, and our client portal. Your goal is to engage Central 1's clients, members, and stakeholders. Your role involves strengthening the delivery of these strategies to ensure clients stay informed and engaged. Your expertise in digital channels will be crucial in aligning user-centric approaches with Central 1's business objectives. Content strategy and execution- Collaborate with communications team to create, manage, and deliver digital content aligned with Central 1’s broader communication strategies, enhancing business outcomes and bolstering reputation and engagement among stakeholders
- Foster linkages between Central 1’s primary external digital channels, optimizing brand amplification and content dissemination to drive successful business results
- Implement client-centric digital strategies using relevant messages, tactics, and metrics to elevate engagement, profile of Central 1, member credit unions, and advance business priorities.
- Support crisis communications plan to ensure swift and efficient response to potential issues
Social media management and planning- Plan, develop, coordinate, deliver and evaluate content for social media platforms
- Coordinate the development of social media assets (i.e. video, photography), working closely with the Central 1 Marketing team to ensure brand alignment
- Use listening strategy to identify trends and opportunities for engagement
- Stay updated on social media trends, offering recommendations to enrich our plans
Digital user experience & SEO- Collaborate with Communications and Marketing teams to enhance user experiences and achieve strategic goals on web properties
- Implement effective SEO strategies for website and newsletters to improve visibility
- Assist CRM manager in list management, marketing automation, and integration
- Drive transition from MailChimp to Pardot for better user experience
- Organize member/client webinars, coordinating logistics with the communications and marketing team
- Develop landing pages and SalesForce integrations for campaigns
- Lead ongoing digital campaigns encompassing paid search and social
Continuous improvement- Contribute to Central 1’s communication and marketing strategy with digital insights
- Identify and enhance digital communication processes.
- Stay informed about Central 1 offerings for integration into digital content
- Support business goals through various tasks as needed.
- Manage measurement and forecasting for digital platforms
What you'll have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years' communications experience, including 3 years in client-facing digital communications, ideally in agency or corporate settings
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, organizational, and change management skills
- Proficiency in strategic communication planning for complex organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Skilled in devising and executing digital communication plans aligned with business goals
- Strong relationship-building, leadership, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strategic thinker identifying opportunities for digital communication enhancement
- Experience engaging with senior leaders in large organizations.
- Expertise in tailored digital communication for diverse B2B and B2C audiences
- Assess digital campaign success and continuously seek enhancements
- Proficient in current social media tools and B2B marketing metrics
- Advanced knowledge of digital tools like HTML, WordPress, Office 365, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
- Familiarity with MailChimp, Pardot, webinar tools, MS Teams, and Photoshop
