Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Anton Paar. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our extensive portfolio of high-quality laboratory instruments and process measurement solutions to customers in your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
Your challenges for this position will be: To Understand Customer Needs, Competitive Market, Achieving sales Target, Building Relationships, Balancing Technical and Sale Communications, Managing Objections, Travel and Time Management and Balancing Sales and Business development. By successfully navigating these challenges, your technical expertise combined with strong sales acumen will enable you to drive revenue growth and contribute to the continued success of Anton Paar.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop new market and execute sale strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations (as per Anton Paar’s guidelines) and deliver compelling presentation to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
- Understand customers’ needs and provide customized solutions by effectively positioning our products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other manager to deliver comprehensive customer proposals and quotations.
- Support sales projects from prospecting to after sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to the development of marketing materials, product positioning, and sales collateral.
- Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipelines, using our CRM system.

- Collaboration with Internal Team: Collaborate with engineers, marketing, and customer support.
- Continual Professional Development: Invest in your own growth and development.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Materials, Physics, Life Sciences) or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably in the fields of laboratory and instruments or scientific equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly understand and articulate complex scientific concepts and analytical techniques.
