**The job**:
The Front desk supervisor/admin is responsible for supporting the front desk team and needs while acting as a link between the team and managment.
Your duties will include implementing procedures to optimize patient care, manage and support the clinic's team, as well as support the management team with ad hoc projects.
**Clinic Manager Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)**
- Coordinating clinic appointments.
- Scheduling appointments, including any related communication with clients, providers and involved team members.
- Database information entries and changes to internal and external customer interface.
- Assisting Management through internal projects.
- Maintaiing accurate client records.
- Inventory organization and management.
- Contributing to team efforts by supervising the front desk operations and accomplishing related results as needed.
